If sheets are stained from self tanners the renter will be charged $150. per bed replacement cost. No Fire Arms On property. No Illegal drugs on property. Doors and windows are to remain closed while AC is operating. If AC freezes up as a result of doors and windows being left open, renter will be liable for all cost to repair. If you choose to rent a golf cart other than the cart we offer to rent there is a $250. charge for parking and electricity. If you rent our cart this charge is waved. All Pets must be pre approved. No trailers or RV's of any kind permitted in subdivision. Certain cabinets and doors are secured as owners private areas. If the laundry room cabinet is breached or any other locked/secured doors and/or windows are opened - a loss of deposit will result with potential other losses. Managment reserves the right to enter property at any time.

Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Enjoy!
